The Pennsylvania P.R.I.D.E. Program Holds First
Employees Workshop in Smethport

The first Pennsylvania P.R.I.D.E. employee workshop was held in Smethport 
with a group from the Smethport Visitors Center. Pennsylvania P.R.I.D.E. is a new program 
from the Potter County Education Council and PSU Cooperative Extension. It is designed to 
teach managers and employees quality customer service techniques and help them learn 
about their community and county.
