Local Program Delivery - The PCEC offers programs based on the needs of business, industry, and residents. If we have enough local demand for a program, we will work with our educational partners to deliver the coursework locally.

Professional Development / Certification Courses
Professional Development and Certification Courses are offered to help area residents improve or develop job skills for their existing jobs or in preparation for a new career. Courses offered range from short workshops on specific skill sets to programs intended to prepare you for industry certifications.
